Richard spent the first 11 years as our senior engineer at a large client with 700+ endpoints and a sophisticated virtual server environment across multiple sites. His goal was 99.9% uptime and he was able to achieve this through his hard work, skills, and determination. Since then, Richard has been assigned as lead engineer for several clients. His skills include firewall management, secure remote VPN setups, server deployments and maintenance, and networking protocols. Richard also contributes to remediations for vulnerability and pen testing, and is involved in BCDR solutions.
