Joe L started his MCG career as our Help Desk manager after performing a similar role elsewhere. Over the course of time, Joe has taken over the role of service manager, with a high degree of customer facing responsibility and oversight of the Help Desk. Joe also sets all policies regarding how we manage incident response, and works with engineers to ensure customer service is seamless regardless of where and when tickets/requests come in. Joe is also a member of our leadership team, contributing towards our growth path.
