Joe G is our resident Microsoft 365 security and policy engineer. He has set a baseline template for how we protect our client’s email environments and ensuring we stay current with changes to the Microsoft 365 platform. This includes our training and certifications necessary to retain our partner status. Joe also provides escalation for the Help Desk and is a valued troubleshooter for our clients needs. Joe has been active in building integrations amongst our platforms for automation and is constantly looking how we can incorporate AI into our processes.
