Jose leads the overall technology direction for MCG Managed Resources. Along with the other long tenured engineers, Jose has been responsible for implementation of significant vmWare infrastructure projects, Azure implementations, firewall implementations and security setups, and quality control of the environments we manage on behalf of our clients. Jose leads the selection and roll out of new tools for internal and/or client use, working with our Service Manager and the entire engineering team. Jose will also handle the thornier escalations of complex issues using his unending expertise and patience to solve problems for our customers.
