Jonathan recently left the military after a long career serving our country. His experience was with managing and supporting the IT on a ship he was assigned to. He has tackled the basic training we have tasked him with, and he is now able to respond to Help Desk tickets with little assistance. We are looking forward to increasing his skills. Jonathan is up for any task and willing to help his teammates and clients in any way he can.
