Jamaal has been with MCG Managed Resources for more than a dozen years. Jamaal was instrumental in managing a very large co-managed client for the earlier years of his tenure. Jamaal has transitioned to the role of account manager responsible for onboarding new clients, current client satisfaction, and conducting ongoing Technical Business Reviews. Along with these responsibilities, Jamaal also manages projects consisting of developing realistic estimates for work, conducting check-ins with engineers and clients during projects, and assessing the quality and timeliness of the finished projects.
